- Drafting the rental contract and its appendices
- Inventory of fixtures and fittings on arrival and departure using a tablet
- Carrying out and checking work that is the responsibility of the owners
- Claims management
- Annual rent increases, based on the index published by INSEE
- Rent collection, automatic monthly transfer to your account
- Regularisation of rental charges
- Assistance with annual property tax returns
- No additional management fee: 6.70% excluding VAT of the rent, including charges
- Possibility of taking out Unpaid Rent Insurance, property damage cover
- And legal protection: 2.50% inc. VAT and 5.00% inc. VAT for rental vacancies.
